The CityLiving Group is proud to announce the successful sell out of Elliott School. A former educational facility, Elliott School is now home to 22 studio, one-and two-bedroom residences, and 4 penthouses in the heart of historic Germantown.
Designed by Manuel Zeitlin Architects, the Elliott School combines historic preservation and modern design with urban living. The school was preserved in such a way that honors its past, with a grand 21st century iteration.
No two units are alike with some including original brick, hardwood, transom windows and exposed truss and beams. Owners have access to the rooftop terrace and lounge with spectacular views of the Capitol and downtown skyline.
It was an honor to be part of this project and help preserve a piece of Nashville history.
