Katie Evans

Katie began her real estate career as a staging assistant for a high-end residential developer in Los Angeles.  In 2008, Katie started working as a broker assistant at a top producing residential leasing agency.  Transitioning into a full-time leasing agent, Katie represented investors in the L.A. market to best maximize the return on their properties and secure long-term tenants.

Relocating to Nashville at the beginning of the city’s development boom in 2013, Katie partnered with a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, sales and marketing of properties within Nashville’s urban core.  

Transitioning back to the residential side of the industry, Katie gained experience as a sales agent representing buyers and sellers.  Bringing with her a background of sales and marketing, Katie is the Director of Operations & Marketing for The CityLiving Group.
