A rare native, Callie Hughes has watched Nashville grow since the Gulch was a railroad yard and you only went downtown to visit your dad at his office. The city grew up alongside her, and by the time she graduated from Belmont University in 2013, it was one of the fastest-growing cities in America. Her pride in her hometown led her to a passion for helping it grow through residential real

As Callie was growing up in Nashville, Mark Deutschmann was growing Nashville, one urban core neighborhood at a time.
